What should your steward call you?
So we can reach you. Nothing else.
Where are you? Do you move between zones?
Not your job title — the actual domains. Every hat you wear. The more specific, the better the steward.
Wake to sleep. Where did your time actually go? This is the single most important question — it reveals your rhythm, tools, priorities, and gaps all at once.
Clients, partners, employees, family. Names and roles if you're comfortable.
This tells us your real priority hierarchy — better than asking "what's important?"
The backlog is the real job description.
Data first or gut first? Decide fast and adjust, or deliberate and commit? When do you ask for input vs. decide alone?
Include what went badly when you tried to delegate. What would you hand off tomorrow if you trusted someone enough?

Whatever breaks = whatever only lives in your head. This is the real delegation audit.
Overcommitting? Undercharging? Starting things and not finishing? Saying yes when you mean no?
Track it obsessively or avoid looking? Who handles invoicing and billing? What financial info would be most useful at a glance?
Not the dream. The pain. The thing that, if solved, would change how your week feels.
Forces prioritization. This becomes the steward's north star.
Not expert-level — just enough to not be dumb about it. Market dynamics, how transactions work, compliance, terminology.
